"TOO MUCH INFORMATION" or "THAT'S A LITTLE MORE INFORMATION THAN I NEEDED".
Usually said after someone volunteers personal information:
"I have cervical cancer."
"That's a little more information than I needed. Haha!"
"No, seriously. The doctor said I have three months left to live."
"Too much information. Hahahaha!"
